Effective August 15, 2026 · Applies to the Arrow Puzzle mobile app (Android & iOS)
Arrow Puzzle is a puzzle game published by Dipak Dabhi. This policy explains what information the app handles, where it goes, and what choices you have. We wrote it to match how the app is actually built, not as boilerplate — if a section doesn't apply to you, it's because that feature isn't in the app.
Arrow Puzzle saves your game state as plain files in your device's app-private storage area. None of this is transmitted to us or to any server we operate — there is no backend, no account system, and no cloud sync. Specifically, the app stores locally:
None of this data identifies you personally, and we have no way to see or access it — it never leaves your device under our control.
Arrow Puzzle displays banner and optional rewarded-video ads using Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google AdMob may collect information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and app usage data, and may use this information for ad personalization where permitted. This collection is performed by Google, not by us directly, and is governed by Google's own policies:
Rewarded ads are optional — they're only shown when you choose to watch one (for example, in exchange for a hint or a continue).
If Arrow Puzzle offers an ad-free or premium purchase, that transaction is processed entirely by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information — the app store handles that in accordance with its own privacy policy, and only tells us whether the purchase succeeded.
Arrow Puzzle is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and we'll address it.
Since your progress and settings live only on your device, you're always in control of deleting them: uninstalling the app removes all locally stored game data. There's no account for us to delete, because none exists.
You can limit ad personalization directly from your device settings:
Purchasing the ad-free option, where available, removes banner and rewarded ads entirely.
Because game data stays on your device rather than passing through a server we control, there's no central database of player data to secure or that could be breached on our end. Data handled by AdMob or app-store purchases is protected under Google's and Apple's respective security practices.
If Arrow Puzzle adds a feature that changes how data is handled — an account system, cloud saves, analytics, or new ad formats — we'll update this policy and revise the effective date above.
